Revolution Cafe is the brainchild of owner/operator Cassandra Wilusz. A 1999 graduate from Schuylerville Jr/Sr High School, who upon graduating found a love of travel moving to Oregon, Florida and eventually graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder.
2016 was a pivotal year for Cassandra due to extensive career commitments, living was a series of cities and endless flights. The positive of all the travel was having time to think about a dream job and in the midst of a crazy hectic world, Revolution Cafe was born.
Our goal is to serve fresh eclectic food while creating an open free spirited environment. We color outside the lines and do not believe in a cookie cutter atmosphere. We want our customers to enjoy living as much as we do!!
A true measure of integrity is how you care about your community and those in it. We are committed to organically growing and supporting our local village and purchase local whenever possible.
